Continuing education at Wieland
Choose from a diverse program containing more than 100 lectures, classes and seminars those that are fun for you and add value.
They range from PC seminars and personal development training to Wieland-specific presentations on technology and manufacturing all the way to power saw carving courses or driver-safety training.
Family members as well as students working at Wieland can also attend the offered seminars.
We prefer to fill key positions for specialists and management positions from within. We will beforehand comprehensively prepare you for these responsibilities. Based on your competencies, interests and potential, we will challenge and support you with targeted trainings:

European Professional Program
Every year, we accept around 12 junior employees from all European locations in our European Professional Program (EPP). The program consists of four modules. The application of content learned during this program occurs through specific project work, consulting with colleagues, exchange with members of the executive committees as well as regular feedback conversations.
